Passion for class, fashion, glamour and comfort was what our business founder Jacky had when she established Starts with Legs some 8 years ago…….

Today, she still has a burning desire to bring the world's best hosiery brands to a one stop shop which covers all hosiery requirements. Along the journey Jacky has travelled through Europe meeting suppliers and establishing key relationships. These have evolved where Starts with Legs are now sole distributors for major global brands.

Continually liasing with European manufacturers on new fashion trends and upcoming model releases ensures the latest fashions and innovations are available….. Jacky’s vision for accentuating our legs with colour is evident with the stunning Marie Antoilette range from France.

From the moment the French Maternity tights by Gerbe arrived at my door I was pleasantly surprised. They were beautifully packaged and I felt really special opening them. Whilst I wasn't sure about the strap near the belly area for adjustment originally, I found it to be a really great idea and more comfortable than I thought it would be. It helped keep the tights up (which I'd previously had issues with for other maternity tights) and it's great as the belly grows! The tights are also quite warm and have a great denier. The built in heel to the tights was another unique feature, which made these tights all the more comfortable for a pregnant woman (3rd trimester here!).
